Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 24, 2026
TheRevLine is operated by S3 Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "TheRevLine"). This page contains the Terms of Use that govern your use of the platform and the Privacy Policy that describes how we collect and use information. By creating an account or using TheRevLine, you agree to both. Questions about either are welcome at [email protected].
Terms of Use
1. The Service
TheRevLine is a membership-management platform for car clubs and similar organizations. Organizations ("Organizations") use it to manage memberships, collect dues, communicate with their members, and run their operations. Individuals ("Members") use it to join and interact with an Organization.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are compromised.
3. Organizations and their Members
Each Organization owns and controls its membership data. When you join an Organization through TheRevLine, the information you provide belongs to that Organization; we store and process it on the Organization's behalf. Questions about how an Organization uses your information, or requests to correct or delete membership records, should be directed to that Organization. Organizations are responsible for using their members' information lawfully and for the content they publish and send through the platform.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Organizations subscribe to TheRevLine on a monthly or annual plan. Where a free trial is offered, billing begins when the trial ends. Subscription fees are charged to the payment method on file; if a charge fails, we retry it, and continued failures may result in the account being suspended until payment is brought current. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice. Some plans, including free plans, are supported by advertising or sponsor content displayed within the service; we may change which plans include advertising.
5. Payments between Organizations and Members
Membership dues and related payments are made directly from a Member to their Organization, processed through Stripe. TheRevLine facilitates these transactions and may collect a platform fee, but is not a party to the transaction between a Member and an Organization. Refunds of dues are at the Organization's discretion and subject to the Organization's own policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TheRevLine to: send spam or unlawful communications; upload content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious; attempt to access other tenants' or users' data; probe, disable, or disrupt the service; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. Email sent through the platform must honor recipient unsubscribe choices, which the platform enforces automatically for suppressible mail.
7. Content
Organizations retain ownership of the content they upload (logos, text, images, member records). You grant us the limited license needed to host, display, and transmit that content in order to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
8. Termination and Data
Organizations may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, member data can be exported using the platform's export tools before the account closes. We may retain data for a reasonable period after termination for backup and legal purposes, after which it is deleted.
9. Disclaimers
TheRevLine is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S3 Solutions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Organization administrators by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
TheRevLine is operated by S3 Solutions, LLC. For information you give us directly — such as an Organization administrator account or billing details — we are the data controller. For membership information collected by an Organization through the platform, the Organization is the controller and we process that data on its behalf and under its direction.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash) for platform accounts.
Membership information: details Members provide when joining an Organization — name, contact information, address, and membership history — held on behalf of that Organization.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are sent directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we store only a reference token, the card brand, and the last four digits so you can recognize your saved card.
Usage and log information: sign-in activity, actions taken in the application, and IP addresses, kept for security auditing and support.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate and secure the platform, process payments, send the emails Organizations and the platform generate (such as receipts, renewal reminders, and password resets), provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
4. Email
Non-essential email from Organizations (such as newsletters and promotions) includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe choices are enforced by the platform. Transactional email — receipts, account setup, password resets — is sent regardless of marketing preferences because it is required to operate your account.
5. Cookies
The application uses a cookie to keep you signed in. We do not set cross-site tracking cookies of our own; cookies used by advertising partners, where applicable, are described in the Advertising & Sponsorships section below.
6. Advertising & Sponsorships
Some plans, including free plans, are supported by advertising or sponsor content displayed within the service. Advertisers and sponsors do not receive your personal information from us. Where an advertising partner uses cookies or similar technologies to serve or measure ads, that partner and the choices available to you will be disclosed in this policy before those technologies are used.
7. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the platform — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting infrastructure — each bound to use it only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law. Membership information is, by design, visible to the Organization it belongs to.
8. Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as the related account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for backups and legal compliance. Members seeking correction or deletion of their membership records should contact their Organization, which controls that data. Platform account holders may contact us directly at [email protected].
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls that isolate each Organization's data. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong, unique passwords.
10. Children
TheRevLine is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Organizations that record family or youth memberships do so as controllers of that information.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be communicated to Organization administrators.
